All orders will be processed and inspected within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation. Our team will complete product checking, packaging, quality inspection and outbound arrangement in sequence. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day to ensure every item is delivered in perfect condition.

Order Cut-off Time✨

The daily order cut-off time is 18:00 PM (GMT). Orders completed and confirmed before the daily cut-off time will be prioritized for arrangement on the same day. Any orders placed after 18:00 PM will be automatically scheduled for processing on the next business day.

Shipping & Delivery Time✨

After order processing is completed, standard delivery takes approximately 4–6 working days depending on the destination and logistics arrangement. Delivery time is for reference only, slight delays may occur due to peak seasons, weather conditions or logistics updates, which do not constitute quality or service faults.

Free United Kingdom shipping is available for all items in our store. There are no extra shipping fees, handling fees, or hidden charges on any valid order. Customers only need to pay the price shown on the page.

Delivery Partner & Delivery Instructions✨

We officially cooperate with UPS as our main logistics delivery partner for standard orders. For large-size potted plants, tall green plants and oversized decorations, we will adopt professional truck delivery service. The truck courier will contact customers in advance to confirm the delivery time and appointment window. Please ensure someone is available at the receiving address to complete the signing and collection, avoiding delivery failure or return caused by no one receiving the package.

Order Cancellation Rules✨

Full Refund Cancellation: Customers can cancel their orders for a full refund before the order is shipped out. No handling fee will be deducted, and the full payment will be returned to the original payment account.

After Shipment Regulations: Once the order has been dispatched and shipped, order cancellation is no longer supported. If you need to return or exchange goods after delivery, please strictly follow our official Return & Refund Policy to complete the return application and processing procedures.
